Policies

Deposit
* a non refundable deposit is due before your shoot
(normally 50% of your shoot price)

Payment
*payment in due in full (or the remainder after the deposit)at the time of your session
*if you are ordering additional prints or cards payment is due before your order will be placed

Cancellations
*please give at least 48 hours notice of all cancellations
*I know that unforeseen illness can occur and I am happy to get you a prompt re-shoot date

Re-shoots
*If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your images please email me and I will do my best to fix/resolve the situation.
*re-shoots may be scheduled in the event of unforeseen weather during the shoot
(varies by case)

Holiday/occasion cards
*please allow up to 2 weeks for processing, customizing, printing and shipping on all cards
*with holiday cards I will only use each style twice per year
(ex - only two people will be able to have the same design per year)
